Add existing winforms form to the project doesn't copy the .resx file

I moved the Form2.cs, Form2.Designer.cs, and Form2.resx files out to a different directory. When I added an existing file to the project through Visual Studio, I chose the Form2.cs file. The Form2.cs and Form2.Designer.cs files were copied to the project folder but the Form2.resx was not.

The resx file should have also been copied.
