Blazor Hybrid Hello World - Windows - The project doesn't know how to run the profile with name 'Windows Machine' and command 'MsixPackage
Description
This problem was documented at least as far back as https://github.com/dotnet/maui/issues/3725 but is still occurring with the latest tools
Steps to Reproduce
- Create new app per steps in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/blazor/hybrid/tutorials/maui?view=aspnetcore-8.0
- Attempt to debug on Windows machine
- Error occurs immediately after build
