Add an attachment to a doc

Hi,

I would like to add an attachment to a new document but I don't know how to do that. I was looking into the files and documentation to do it, but I don't find any explaination (Or I didn't see it)

Somebody could help me ?

The PR #64 clams to provide this functionality which I have to review it before merging, that's something I'm intended to do this week.
