The valueRange option doesn't account for the valueScaling passed.

If using precision as valueScaling, meaning a value of 14 will indeed be 0.14, I would expect that this setting would enforce a minium of 0.14:

valueRange:  
   { min: 14 }

Instead, it forces a minium of 14
