Decorrelation stretching

Could it be possible to implement decorrelation stretching in ImageMagick ?

The MATLAB code is here: http://matlab.izmiran.ru/help/toolbox/images/enhanc20.html

but having it in ImageMagick would be great !

Probably better to open an issue at https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick/issues if you want to have this added to ImageMagick. Once it has been added to ImageMagick it will be very easy to add it to Magick.NET.
