Unfortunately I haven't been able to work on this project in quite a while now, my job and life in general is keeping me pretty busy. So I am afraid that no, this will most likely not work with the current Skype version anymore. Also, if this is using the same rendering functionality as the new Skype for Windows 10, the old hacks I used to make this plugin do its job will unfortunately no longer work anyway.
