Upgrade to 1.04

As I understand, this lib uses v1.03 of the OPC UA specification. Will there be support for v1.04 in the future and is there a way to contribute?

In the future, yes, but not any time soon. Eclipse Milo is still OPC UA 1.03 and will be for some time.

You're welcome to fork this library and try to add 1.04 support to your fork though.
