Feature Request : Allow resources to be created in their respective project ( if people are using projects )

Since a month or two, DO has updated their web control panel to allow for resources to be grouped into projects.

It could ( for sake of organizational clarity ) be interesting to have the same feature in CCM.

I'd be happy to work on a PR for this once DO opens this up in their API
