Hi, In the calibration step, I don't know how to determine the pattern spacing

You need to have a calibration plate in the image to calibrate your camera. The pattern spacing is the physical (known) spacing between the fiducial markings on the calibration plate. Here's a good reference on the topic: https://docs.opencv.org/3.4/d4/d94/tutorial_camera_calibration.html
