Dockerfile doesn't build

error: getting status of '/gotk4/.nix/pkgs.nix': No such file or directory
The command '/bin/sh -c nix-env -i -f .nix/docker-env.nix' returned a non-zero code: 1

@dazoe if you use the ci branch it works.

I definitely have to fix this eventually. I don't use Docker at all, so it's not something that I have to fix for myself, so it's easy for me to forget.
