I own a discord server, so it's really inconvenient for me to have to switch to the web version of discord to change channel permissions, mess with settings, all that. Can this be implemented (eventually, I know this is a hard task)?

It's not a particularly hard task, more like an annoying task. There are lots of things to add.

Would it be enough to have slash commands that do this job, e.g. /role change @RoleName ...? Command support is currently being worked on right now though will take a while to reach this point of featuredness.
