The current screenshot uses custom CSS, window controls and font, which is discouraged by Flathub's quality guidelines (see the specific rule here).

Is there a quick way to restore font settings for one application without needing to change system-wide settings? For GTK themes, there's already GTK_THEME= ....

I don't think there is, but you can change it dynamically in GNOME Tweaks.

Also, by custom window controls I meant that you have minimize and close buttons on your screenshots, where by default GTK4 only has close button (You can change this too in Tweaks).
