Issue with mouse multi-press movement

When the mouse is moved, initial presses will increase speed even if not double- or tripple-tapped. Changing direction goes back to normal. Re-activating the layer seems to cause the problem again.

I haven't been able to reproduce this since completing the new sticky key feature. It is possible that I broke something while trying to implement the new feature, and now it is fixed.

For me, the issue in mouse is when the sticky feature it is used, is same as hold down shift, interference with the wheel mouse, it is a problem with windows, not from you, I think._
