test_systems fails with timeseries errors of 1.07e-3 - 1.15e-3, which is greater than 1e-3 testing tolerance. Will try setting default fmu solver tolerance tighter.

The intent is for buildings, but it could be extended to other applications. MPCBuild implies MPC for buildings or building an MPC controller.
Ok, let's go with MPCBuild.
In BOPTEST we run FMUs using the PyFMI python package.
