Presumably quite important as we are using the acs libraries to embed Teams within our site. I could try and track that dependency through the GitHub packages.

@xobotyi I thought that I had misread the migration guide. Should this be referring to `useLocalStorageValue()` from this package, or `useLocalStorage()` from react-use?  (Presumably it is referring to `useLocalStorageValue()`)
