Admin pages rewritten and OUT OF THEMES

Administration pages should be rewritten and moved out of the theming capabilities of Bloggart. There is no point in having a theme there.

This will allow to do in the future new things like:

• A configuration interface (so that the config file will not be needed anymore)
• A proper media handling (using Google App Engine Blob Store)
• all the imaginable things needed in an admin interface
