  1. Remove reference to semantic versioning
  2. Clarify text that describes separate releases for early versions of PasH and PasHGUI.
  3. Revise how beta versions of PasHi and PasHiGUI are recorded: put beta name as main title with reference to number used in exes as a note rather than other way round as they are now.
