Move PasHiGUI's private files into `.pashi` directory

Issue #2 proposes a new .pashi directory within PasHi's %AppData% directory for storing files that are maintained the programs that users should not have access to.

The gui-state and gui-config files owned by PasHiGUI should be moved from PasHi's %AppData% directory into the .pashi directory, either directly or into a PasHiGUI specific sub-directory, say .pashi/gui.
