Current track skips when the internet connection is down

The track should pause instead.

Actually app can play cached track offline so if a track is not cached and internet is not available it skips so that any cacahed track in playlist can play

If the user intends to play online, but the internet connection is unstable, it makes more sense to pause instead.

I think it's best to let the user choose, with an option in settings
