bounding boxes

I'm training with my own dataset which has 6 classes. So in cfg file I've changed the classes as well as the filters. But sometimes the bounding boxes are deviated. Anything I can do to get the correct bounding boxes? Thank you.

not so sure. However, I guess you should collect more data to train
