starter: link to slide

It wasn't clear to me how to share a link that loads a particular slide. That would be a great feature.

@nmattia that's a feature we explicitly removed a couple of weeks ago actually (remember the "can't go back in the browser" story 😉).

so if requested, would have to be implemented differently (probably a slideTo action on load which reads a url param or something)

indeed @chnuessli that would still need to be done but there was many changes since last year and I think that the flag "good first issue" is not correct anymore, might be tricky.
