GNOME 3.32/RHEL 8 not supported

Open devtram opened this issue 3 years ago • 3 comments

I am having problem while activating ddterm window.

As I reviewed realtime log from journalctl -f I see this error:

JS ERROR: Error: Invalid value 'undefined' for property flags in object
initializer._init@/home/devotram/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/[email protected]/application.js:63:13@/home/devotram/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/[email protected]/application.js:261:13

Is it a bug or something?

Please provide the following information:

  • What distro (including version) are you using?
  • Which GNOME Shell version?
  • How did you install the extension - is it from extensions.gnome.org?

Almalinux RHEL 8.5 GNOME Shell 3.32.2

Yes, I installed from extensions.gnome.org

GNOME 3.32 is not supported. Only 3.36 and later

Distros with GNOME Shell older than 3.36 (Ubuntu 20.04) won't be supported (in fact, I might drop Ubuntu 20.04 support soon)
