We should have a Windows installer. I've done one in the past that worked pretty well for Patchy, we should follow a similar strategy.

Just FYI https://github.com/mono/MonoGame/issues/4373 which resulted in: https://github.com/MonoGame/MonoGame.Packager (it's WIP, installer generation doesn't work yet)

For the most part it means MonoGame will have a way for generating installer for all Desktop platforms by just specifying few information.

Should be ready for 3.6.
