It's missing on purpose because, you can't tell if it's fraction or one second as a time unit. But I think it would be useful if this could be configurable...

FYI, using Windows Subsystem for Linux is pretty much same as using Linux VM or whatever with cross-compiling for Windows. Anyway thanks for explanation and it really looks promising.
