Unable to find USB drives

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a USB Disk 160GB (It big I know)

Unable to find USB drives

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Running on 10.6.6, its worked on big disks before.
Sorry if this is a re-ask but I searched of 40 mins and found no hints.
