CKW console screen isn't cleared in the console version when switching between the terminal and the kermit prompt

Switching from the terminal emulator back to the kermit prompt leaves garbage all over the console. This only affects the console version of CKW, not the GUI version.

This appears to be an issue primarily on modern windows and related to the command screen having the wrong dimensions.

On NT4 the console version seems fine (from my limited testing)
