PC - FIx the TG issue
- PC maps doesnt have telangana
- Also change the state codes according to http://vocab.nic.in/rest.php/states
@thejeshgn Which particular file needs Update in the state code?
While we can refer to this map for the Telangana Boundaries, Do you have a source for how the PC & AC's were divided?
Khammam District was divided between these states, and we'll have to figure out how the PC & AC were cut in this Area.

There is a list of PCs under telangana. I think there was clear allocation of PCs between two states. I doubt any PC got divied. I will have to double check. There are some maps here.

Here are AC telangana maps on psleci.nic.in. We can extract the KML for comparison.

Need to figure the actual [source behind this SVG} map(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_constituencies_of_the_Lok_Sabha#/media/File:Telangana_Wahlkreise_Lok_Sabha.svg). It says EC but not 100% sure.

This App by CEO telangana seems to have boundaries.
I'll have a Look at these sources on the weekend in detail. But based on a Cursory Glance, I think we'll still run into issues in the Khannam District Area as mentioned in #17.
