Extra episode does not target Jupyter Notebooks

All of the main episodes have been updated to target Jupyter Notebooks, but for the extra episode on Edge Detection this work is incomplete. This may block #218.

In #219 I updated the Edge Detection extra to remove mention of the code directory, but the code blocks are still written to be executed as scripts. I'm not sure they can be directly converted to run in a Notebook or not, so I stopped short of trying to change them myself.

However, I don't think it needs to block #218 (which I have opened #222 to address), because we still have all the necessary code captured in the code blocks within the extra episode.

The Curriculum Advisory Committee will look into the extra episode in a future meeting (see also #241).
