TEI/XML: show a link's target type

For a reference to another resource, the target's type should be integrated.

I tried this approach here https://github.com/dhlab-basel/Knora/pull/1260/commits/5dc9f410a15ef260fbc9d2f3a61ab9e7a8189173, but it required a change in the ontology which we do not want.
