Enhancement Req : Every SAVE button shoud have ClearCache together

OK let see for future release

This would increase the code size by a lot, if I am not wrong, as the feature will have to be added to various places, and then add more lines to the language section (if and where required), edit and add pages, etc. Still, not a bad ask. :)
