Mysterious TCP From port (Win 6.2.3)

Description of issue

This might look like something from #106, but I do not think so. When sending a TCP packet I (sometimes) get a mysterious From Port in the log, and the package is not able to reach its intended server.

See the last row in the table.

If I send a packet to localhost it mostly works. I have another server that experienced similar issues but those went away with a restart of the software.

Any thoughts?

That does not look quite the same as ticket #106. Could another client be hitting the server? What happens if you move the server port away from 5000?
