Support Geckoboard Bar Charts

node-geckoboard-push seems to be missing support for the Geckoboard Bar Chart

hi @skhavari and @rafaeldelavergne

I don't use geckoboard any more and so no more of my time is going into it but there are other maintainers on the project so they might get around to it. Another option would be to do the work yourself and issue a PR. I can give you a few hints and tips if this is something you want to do.

Ill hack something together, including updating support for lists. Codebase looks easy enough. PR coming by sometime early next week (its 4th of July weekend here in the US).
