pages can't be scrolled

When I open mobile futon directly through the provided symbol I can't scroll any pages. This makes a lot of functions unusable.

I am using Android 4.0.2 on Samsung Gallaxy Nexus. Mobile futon was downloaded from the play store an hour ago.

When futon is accessed through the browser (Google Chrome Beta) the replication and database page can be scrolled but the configuration not.
