Add capability to restrict flag values to a set of allowed values

Python's [argparse](https://docs.python.org/3/library/argparse.html#choices) supports flags with predefined choices. I want to replicate the same behaviour in Cobra, and think it would be a great addition.

The build works for me, but I'm using `docker-compose up --build -d`.
