Set a site icon (favicon)

Parchment tabs have the default 🌎 website icon on them. We should have a favicon. (Maybe it could even replace the public domain compass rose I used for PR #87.)

I've been intending to get someone on Fiverr to make a Logo for Parchment, but we could use the compass rose in the mean time.
