About Version 3 of RealSR Dataset

Hello, I'm a graduate student in image processing, and I'm working on super-resolution of images recently. I saw your previous work of RealSR, and I'm very interested in it, which may be a significant progress in promoting super-resolution application. However, when using your method to register HR images and LR images, the resolution of HR images and LR images is the same, so I would like to ask you how to build Dataset Version 3 with different resolutions of HR images and LR images. Is it the resize method? Or is there some other way?
