Need to be able to reference an article using PascalCase and have it converted into a link to another article

Perfect. If the referenced page does not yet exist, clicking the link will allow you to create it there and then, rather than showing a 404 👍 Probably a custom 404 page if the system determines that you are trying to navigate to a non-existent "local" page rather then somewhere out on the interwebs.
