Why not use bs58check here for createEncoder/createDecoder/createValidator?

I should mention that this package was created before bs58check... it's jut that it's a bit more confusing than bs58check.

@jprichardson I had seen this note, what I meant is that coinstring will contain only createEncoder/createDecoder/createValidator. Does it make sense?
