How to upgrade old blog to newest version of Cryogen

I would like to upgrade the Cryogen version I'm using for my blog (I created a couple of years ago) before considering debugging any possible problem with Cryogen, because it is possible it was already solved.

What should I do?

Probably the easiest thing to do would be to create a fresh project, and then move the blog content over.
