[4.0.0-beta.2] Condition builder doesn't work with Global Sets

Description

Global sets don't have autosave/drafts/revisions and therefore can't support the condition builder; however, the option is still present in the Field Layout Designer for "Global Sets"

They work; changes just don’t take effect until you save.

I’ll see whether I can get the Edit Global Set page updated to use the unified element editor though.

Took a stab at this. Unfortunately adding draft support to global sets isn’t going to be feasible at the moment, due to how global sets are architected. Will revisit in Craft 5.
