Sign Up page doesn't Redirect

As of know in Sign Up.The page doesn't redirect or show any confirmation . How about it redirect to login page on sign up or show any Confirmation about success or failure.

I was able to add a signup confirmation message #578 . Created a pull request Screenshot from 2020-09-06 12-57-40
