We shall allow users to add tags to cells/pods. In this way, exporting or auto-layouting cells/pods can be much easier. For example, only exporting cells/pods of certain tags. Or grouping cells based on tags, e.g., function definition cells in one column and scratch cells in another.

And, add color to different tags. The color will be used in the border of a cell.
