[Improvement]: Organizing things a bit

Most of the things are not too clear.

• [ ] Improve the package management and make sure that seeding and migration don't fail. ( migration.ts is no more require Ig)
• [ ] Add actionable docker postgres setup. And also add the project tree sitter there to make people understand the repo a bit.
• [ ] Strict contribution workflow to manage duplicate pull request and duplicate issues. Possbily add a claim bot to claim a issue and work on it. Not one should work on that. Unclaim automatically on inactive for a certain time. So can prevent a lot of clutter. Add Contributions.md
• [ ] Add a overall map somewhere if a bit feature is comming. So that no one are cluttering the issues when features like auth are getting implemented as they are little bit sensitive and most of the issue cannot be solved till then as it may have a huge confict issue
