Same issue on the LG V60 with Citra not stretching to full screen or being able to use the app scaling setting in the phones main setting to remove black bars where navigation bar would be.

My results are the same as above with the mmj build atretching to both diaplays as apposed to the official build unfortunately.

No it does not end up displaying over the second screen.
