If we report the insulting users for abusive behaviour, github bans their accounts and removes the issue ticket. Tested with #738 and @AShao0425, even if they have follower, repos, etc.

I cannot stop you, but personally I prefer not to report such users, and would recommend not reporting for activity on this repo.

Rationales are:

1. to show the world clearly how insane wumaos fanatics are. And one day, this will help the government of democratic china/vigilante groups hunt them down and expose their real identities. Yes, we have GH API traces and wayback machine, but the more visible the information the better
2. sometimes I also go borderline insulting them back. I try to keep it on the same level, but what if someome reports me and I'm taken down? As you can imagine, I have been reported numerous times, and it is simply by the Whim of GitHub that I'm still up, e.g.:

3. insulting someone is a fundamental part of freedom of speech. See e.g. what political correct fanatics are doing in politics: https://cirosantilli.com/china-dictatorship/politically-incorrect you can't even insult a president for them.

For those reasons, I prefer to keep GitHub out of it, and I'm against GitHub taking down wumaos like that, even if they are idiots.

If I don't like someone, I block them, and they can do the same for me.

I have been basically instablocking every wumao after first idiotic comments.

But neither removes the freedom of speech of the other. This keeps things simple and fair for both sides.
