Downlinks not reaching device

Hi Team

I am experiencing an issue where any downlinks that I queue to my Class A devices does not reach the end device. Loading the same device(s) to the Helium LNS, I get the downlinks through to the end device.

I have some trace logs of a downlink event. See the attached file trace_logs_for_downlink.txt
