Synview uses setEnabledTimesBySetID of the timeline class

It would be nice, if synview sets times only as "enabled" if they are ready to display on the map. Then, an application would be presented without blank maps in case of still loading data for a resource. Probably, it is hard to determine the "ready to display" state from OpenLayers.
