Missing the bottom bar in Obsidian 0.15.6

It used to have the bottom bar as in the demo that has the 3 commands to refresh, open snippet folder, and create new snippets.  Now it's gone

No longer works as of Obsidian 0.15.2

As of Obsidian 0.15.2 (insider release), the snippet list does not populate. The status bar icon is still present but when clicking on it a small empty section appears.
