Support for Android

Now that React native supports Android, it would be nice to have support for that plattform here too.

Myself and other might be able to contribute. I'm wondering how that would work.

The project is a fork of scala-js react right? Could it instead have been a dependency?

Is this repository iOS specific, or could the Android elements just be added? I see it as an advantage that one user code base could support both platforms, just built with another main method and closure compiler gets rid of the parts not used for the other platform.
