use device picture from metadata

In the metadata attribute of each node the device picture is provided. Nice addition if we can use this in the devices page. The picture is not provided as url but the picture data itself as base64 data though.

It’s been a maintenance burden for me with no real applications using it yet. It would be awesome if you could finally take advantage of my time! Haha!
